No one understands that better than me. I was lucky enough to be born into the outdoors lifestyle - I spent most of my childhood fishing and hunting with my dad, uncles, cousins and grandparents. I would wake up at 4 a.m. on the weekend to go up north and shoot snow geese or spend a day sitting on Lake Perry catching catfish. My earliest memories involved a Mickey Mouse fishing pole at the Gage Park pond and following my dad around in camo.
My cousin Hunter Rouse shares that passion for the outdoors and is currently attending K-State to turn his experience in the field into a career. We've both watched hours and hours of hunting and fishing videos and television shows, and it's always been somewhat of a dream of ours to someday have our own show and to teach people how to do these things. That is the basis for this site - educating people about the thrills of hunting and fishing and sharing our own experiences with the world.
Currently, we are working to gather footage for this website. Over the summer, we will compile fishing footage and post videos to the website. In the fall, we'll switch to hunting videos and the goal is eventually to put together a compilation video for sale. In the meantime, we already have a lot of pictures from past hunting and fishing trips, and we'll be posting those in galleries for you to view. We'll also be posting blogs about our trips, stories, advice and anything else that pertains to the outdoors. Please feel free to comment on our blogs and check back often to see what news things we are putting on the website. We appreciate any support and hope to get a ton of feedback.
