Among the firearms up for bid at the banquet will include the Gun of the Year, a Browning Sweet 16, as well as a Browning Cynergy, Benelli Super Black Eagle II, Savage .270, Browning SXP, Savage 22-250, Beretta A300, Kimber Custom II, Henry Golden Boy .17 and more.
Other items up for bid will include a YETI cooler and ramblers, golf trips, hunting trips, grills, grilling supplies, dog supplies and signed sports memorabilia for the Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas State Wildcats and Kansas City Chiefs. Paintings up for bid will include the print of the year and canvas paintings from Terry Redlin.

Aside from the banquet, the chapter also will host a European pheasant hunt to mark the end of the controlled hunting season March 31 at Muddy Creek Game Birds, 8721 N.E. Brown Road in Meriden.
Check-in will be at 9 a.m., with shooting beginning at 10 a.m. A maximum of 48 entrants will be enforced on a first-come, first-served basis, and food will be provided. Cost will be $225 per person.

Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic
The banquet will coincide with the National Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic, which will take place Feb. 16-18 at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, 1201 N. West Avenue in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Show hours for the national event are noon to 8 p.m. Feb. 16, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 17 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 18.
The event will feature four seminar stages covering different topics: bird dogs, wild game, habitat and a youth stage. There also will be a Bird Dog Parade at 11 a.m. Feb. 16.
