The sibling fishing team of Connor and Dylan Nimrod, of De Soto, didn’t make the final day but finished 41st with a two-day total of 15-13.
Grayson Morris and Tucker Smith, of Briarwood Christian School, won the event with a three-day weight of 50-2. Gracie Herbold and Aaron Cherry, of Headland Bass Team, took second with 40 pounds, 10 ounces, and Eagle High School’s Brian Linder and Nathan Thompson took third with 38-4.
In the junior division, siblings Nick and Kyle Herrman, fishing for the Topeka Jr. Hawgs club, took 34th out of 54 teams with a two-day total of nine fish weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces on Carroll County Recreational Lake in Huntingdon, Tenn.
