Prairie Spirit Trail, Flint Hills State Parks dropping requirement of trail permit for usage in 2019
The Kansas Wildlife, Parks and Tourism Commission voted last month to repeal the regulation requiring trail access permits at Prairie Spirit Trail State Park and Flint Hills State Park, effective Jan. 1, 2019.
